Poverty Guidelines

Is earning 22.500$ a year under the poverty guidelines? Will the process require me to have a co-sponsor to meet the guidelines? I already have a son in my charge in the US and I will be expecting two people ( my fiancee and the new born baby) by the time the visa is issued.

For the time you have to file AOS he needs to earn $25,020 annually for a household of three. Right now he makes enough for K1 and household of two but consider you need a co sponsor if he doesn not meet the requirements.

Edit: so if I read correct, your household is 4? Then the requirement is $30,375

Hi guys! I saw this thread I'm just a bit confused is the amount mentioned for the poverty guideline is the annual income without the tax deduction or it is the annual income less the taxes?

Annual income without deductions.... hourly* hours per week* 52

For future please start a new thread for a new inquiry :)
