Hi, My question is about my wifes status as we are waiting to hear from ICSIS. She and her son came on a K1/K2 visa. I have sent my packet and my tracking shows received but I have not heard from ICSIS. Her K1 visa expires in a month. Since we are married I assume it does not matter when I get the response. I talked to ICSIS yesterday and they said it can take up to 10 days for my notification to appear. My wife is worried about the deadline of Jan 14 and the expiration of her visa. I told her, we are married and paper work is filed so you will not have to leave, or her son.

Please update your timeline.

It can take up one month to receive NOA1. Did you send the G-1145? You can review my timeline to see our dates. The visa expiration is no longer relevant.

My visa was expired for about 2 months before we even filed AOS. I think what's most important is that you were married on time. I've since done biometrics and am now waiting for an interview date with no complications at all.
