Yes you're the victim, it's quite understood. I have my opinion and I was in fact not born yesterday.

Exactly - you don't have any kind of intelligent response. Another posts a cartoon.

... and in our culture of politically correct victim groups and politically correct harassment groups one gains the most popularity by playing to the meme. There is no gallantry or wisdom in that. The safest place to be is in the lynch mob.

The most dangerous place to be is facing the mob and telling them that they are wrong. None of you scare me nor can any of you make me feel shame or guilt for pointing out how wrong you are to judge the decisions made by others.

had to google, i've never watched. i was thinking more houston.

Biggest ho dog in tv history. Watched the show from beginning to end. He's slept with the entire cast of females over a time table of nine seasons. You know it's bad when I can count how many women he DIDN'T sleep with easier than the ones he did.

(I believe only two women escaped his charms.)

I've noticed that you take things on a deep personal level when they are clearly not intended that way and in fact have nothing to do with you at all. You refer to posters commenting on a subject as 'mob' when there is clearly no mob mentality at work and you use emotionally loaded words like 'shame' and 'guilt' to characterise their posts in a way that clearly is not intended.

It can be difficult to realise that sometimes, nobody cares.

No one here has any control over your feelings. If you are allowing what you read here affect you emotionally that's something that you need to deal with.

One of the downsides of everyone having an opinion is that occasionally you will come across one that you don't agree with. When that happens you have the simple choice to either ignore it or to refute it on its own merits.

Why do you think the song is about you?

Whatever anyone thinks about marital age gaps, or cultural differences between partners, it isn't a comment on your relationship. That you think it might be is strange.

Instead of playing the victim here, perhaps you need to take a step back and ask yourself why you think that might be. Because from where I sit, it's telling.
