I'm confused about the I-130 and I-485,

Do I file one first and later file the other or file both together?

I'm working on the paperwork now.

She's already been in the states for 3 months and 10 days, technically her visa (B2) expires in June.

Once I submit the paperwork for AOS, will she be able to stay or would she have to go back to Colombia if her visa expires?

Her family tells her that she would have to go back to Colombia this month because staying in the US till expiration of her visa might look back on the visa,

how much time do I have to file everything?

(I'm still looking for an help with family for the Affidavit for Support, and I'm feeling stressed that I don't have enough time to file and we would have to separate)

She can stay; it is best to file asap, , but overstay is forgiven upon marriage to a US citizen.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

She HAS to stay. If she leaves the US, the AOS application is considered abandoned and you will have to do a CR-1 visa with her in her home country. As per my previous post, she can't leave the US until she receives at least the AP.

Overstay is forgiven for the spouse of a US citizen. Just file everything as soon as you can.
