They asked for original signatures in ink but everything was signed in ink, we didn't send any photocopied signatures. How can we convince then of this?

We signed everything in blue ink....

Just called the disinformation line who told us to not use blue ink but to use black, we're sending everything in again today with a covering latter stating everything is signed with an original signature.

I had thought after knowing each other for 3 years anb waiting two years just to file that we were finally on our way. Looks like I was wrong.
