Oct 11 2022 I received a K1-FTP saying the consulate will contact me.. (haiti us embassy) it’s march 2023 already and I still havent received any email, mail or call I was told not to wait for k1 visa letter / instructions letter so I proceed with creating ds-160, payed with mrv slip and booked a schedule, but when I went to my medical, they’re asking for that letter.. Anybody here have the same case as mine? can you help with the steps I need to do next? Please

How to write an "Explanation why you not paying taxes" letter

I am not sure if anyone have made this kind of topic/post but my wife needs to write a letter of explanation why she is not paying taxes for NVC can anyone help me out with any guidance/Template so i can send it to her and we can upload it for our DQs please. Hello VJ family! Unfortunately mother in law has passed away. We submitted for the emergency AP on the I131 whilst she was still alive but unfortunately the time has come and now things are set in motion. My wife has to get on a plane tonight to make the cremation and the long weekend did not help in this process. Any tips and tricks to get the letter quicker? We've called the USCIS this morning already and got through to talk to a person with the "lost receipt" trick, but they were unable to help more than just relaying the message on to our field office. Does a trip to the field office help move things along? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you. EDIT: My first post here so please let me know if I need to do anything else.
