They mention that if u  dont recieve deniel notice by mail then e request  it.. after oct 21st  ...which I did ..after e request done..it says expect to recieve response by nov 13.. I read it some where on internet u can lost the right to appeal after 30 days.. Of notice sent

Hmm.. sorry to hear that.

are you applying under 3 years residency? Maybe you are not qualified because you are not married to the USC at least 3 years. If the reason was what I said, you don't need to appeal because it will be denied anyways. But, I guess you are good though.

Call CS to talk with L2 officer to know why you was denied.

In the mean time, please provide us more information.

When did you and your wife get married?

Well if spouse became citizen only in 2016 then you certainly don't qualify under 3 year rule as your spouse hasn't been a USC for 3 years.

Wait and apply the regular route after being LPR for 5 yrs.

Since your husband became a citizen in April 2014, you will be qualified filing on January 2017 (early filing). I guess she is good though.

Let come back to how to reach level 2 immigration officer.

You google the USCIS Customer Service number, when you read a customer service agent, you might request them to transfer you to speak with a Level 2 (or Tier 2) officer because you want to obtain a deeper information about your case. Suggest you call in the morning because sometimes, level 1 agent will reject the transfer.

No, a mistake in the interview date would not cause a denial.

That wouldn't be a reason for the denial, no.  Regardless of the date being printed wrong on your approval letter, it still shows proof that you attended the interview and that the officer was recommending you for approval.  It probably went into supervisor processing afterwards and they spotted something they felt warranted a denial.

Was there anything that may have raised red flags in your application?  Any criminal history?  What visa did you enter the country on in 2013?

Are you SURE it's a denial letter being sent out, or a request for further evidence letter before making a final decision on your case?  What does your case status say EXACTLY?

I find it odd that the IO was recommending you for approval and never brought up anything during your interview...
