Missing Documents needs to be sent

Is there a special way we need to send in missing documents the embassies ask for?

 

or just send it the the embassy address on the website at the bottom it shows.

My spouse had temporary refusal because he needed some more papers sent in. Do I send the package in my spouse name(the visa holder) or my name (the petitioner) and do we need to put our case number on top of every sheet like in NVC?

your question does not make sense. How can you expect someone to answer a question which does not make sense at all?

What visa are you applying for?

You should get an RFE with all the documents requested.

Everything should be send in the name of the petitioner. Just write a letter to USCIS saying that the requested documents are attached and include the case number.

You can always state both the petitioner's and beneficiary's names. Also state the receipt/case number as well as the A-number. That way the embassy can easily identify which petition it belongs to. If it involves the USCIS, you should be attaching the RFE letter.

So, you obviously went thru NVC process and embassy wants further documentation

Yes, send it with current embassy # on top right hand corner with both names (petiioner first) and DOB's 

also, send papers at the same time so they are kept together

if you received a paper telling you what they needed there is probably also a cover sheet that needs to be sent in with all documents

thank you for the replies! its the IR1 spouse visa. they needed extra documents. we had the visa interview already, I just wanted to know if I send it to the embassy where we had the interview and do we add our case number to every page we send in. (they wanted some extra documents)

If they are copies, then write down the names and case number. Doesn't hurt. This is really to ensure that they do not misplace your documents elsewhere
