As it stands now all I have now as evidence is our pictures, call recordsometime, WhatsApp chat, viber,Skype and emails. She is a Ghanaian and we even started dating before she travelled to US.

Can't she attend your interview? Might be a very good idea!

It's my plan we go together but how do I get her involved if she has not been called.moreover do you think my evidence stated above is enough.?

What do you mean how do you get her involved? She visits and attends with you. For Ghana no, I do not think that it's enough. Although I thought that I read a post recently saying Ghana doesn't allow the petitioner to attend anymore. Have you read other k1s on the regional forums on here? Also how did she get her citizenship? How long ha she been a citizen?

Bring her boarding passes also as proof of ongoing. Not much but all counts for that embassy.

Yea we taking them along as this is her forth time in Ghana after she left.

well you didn't put that down when you wrote this is ALL the evidence we have or that she will be there (maybe she can't go in as TB said)

Give the full story if you want help.

The fact that she is from Ghana may help you a bit...no one can say for sure. She should try to attend with you. If they won't let her in, take her passport in with you and let the CO know she is waiting outside. Collect as much evidence as possible. There are 2 schools of though on money receipts. One is that it shows financial support and comingling of funds...more so works for CR1 over K1. The other is that it can be viewed as taking advantage or being used, or depending on who is the giver/receiver...payment for visa. You take your chances with that. If you decide to submit money receipts do it carefully.

Good Luck!

You can add a few, but decide that on the length of your dating time frame for instance if your dating for a year maybe put 2 in the evidence, if it's dating longer maybe 3 years put in 4 receipts, but I will say this is a very tough embassy, good luck!

We provided moneygram receipts in ours. VN I believe is 3rd world and notoriously difficult as well. If you dont I'd have them on you at the interview just in case supplemental information could be helpful.
