Timeline

In response to my email sent on July 11 to the Kingston Embassy, they responded on July 14th that we were in Admin Processing and this could take several weeks.

Checked today and it said ,U.S. Department of State

NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
Issued
Application ID or Case Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX Case Creation Date: 03-Jul-2014 Status Updated Date: 16-Jul-2014
Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than 10 working days, please see the webpage for contact information of the embassy or consulate where you submitted your application.

Congrats!! Just wondering, I checked your timeline and you might actually belong to CSC. Are you sure you are from TSC? Because You got your NOA2 really early. Just trying to fix the mess Igor's List is getting into! :)

Yeah, we went through TSC.

Would have been earlier I think too, but as we are a same sex couple, thanks to our lawyer we got a RFE to provide where we plan to marry plus accompanying state law.

Came back on Visa Journey, asked questions, researched, fired the lawyers and here we are.

I've been getting updates..one of the email responses say it's processing for visa approval. In Ready status since the 10th July and check back in 2 days......today is the 16th.

Oh wow! TSC is still working on December/January filers right now, so that's kind of surprising! :D

Anyways, congrats!!

They were December filers (12-04)..but still, 131 days is relatively quick for TSC. One of the anomalies.
