Thanks. Can I ask how you sent the tax transcripts and i-134 form to your fiancee? Were you able to scan and email it?

I will be attending her interview, so I will hand deliver to them.

But you can Scan and email the Tax Transcripts, but the I-134 must be mailed, they want an original copy with the wet ink.

Call again the next day for your case number. If not in the system yet, call the next day and then the next day till they release the case number to you.

Do you guys have a copy of the Embassy Letter P3 that you can share the link with me. I have someone who is "stuck" and I wanted lend them a hand. They are processing through China also.

We are waiting to get our P3 still, GUZ takes on average 30 days to deliver P3, it is not electronic.

I can tell you that P3 for GUZ is only 4 line items

1. DS-160 Confirmation Page

2. Copy of Passport Personal Page

3. 2 Passport style photos White Background, Well Lit, 50mm x 50mm

4. Return the P3 instructions page

#4 is what prevents people in China from getting a headstart, they want the instructions page mailed back with the requested documents.

I wasn't asked to provide this; I just indicated it was for a US Visa; nothing requesting case number.

And I received it a week later, this being the ACRO police certificate.

The letter of intent for USEM doesn't hold much weight and is not a deal or no deal kind of document. You can use either one, in the end I doubt they even look at them. Beside, they are human and maybe they will get a chuckle out of the year being 1015.

Hahaha oh well, I'd like to think they're not strict but I dont want to risk. My only concerned why I had ask my fiance to mail me a copy was his watermark signature. But thank you Greenbaum I'll just bring the first and scan copy of that letter. Thank you for helping us!

10 business days will get you in with a case number any sooner and chances are greater it will not be there.

No wet signature or watermark or the letter being notarized is required. Just have him send you a new copy and you print it off there. Good luck.
