Hi everyone i send my aos fee and documents. And today i send my iv fee 230 but my husband still waiting on his passport so he can send it is it ok with me sending the iv head of time?Whats next after i paid everything

Same question as KayDeeCee. I have paid my AOS fee but I do not see the link to pay the IV fee active yet. So I am wondering when it will be active.

When i paid mines a few days later the iv fee come up but i couldnt pay it until i send my aos package

I thought the IV fee and the AOS packet were independent. Does this mean that the IV fee will not be available till the AOS packet is accepted?? This is crazy.

You have to wait for the photocopy of his passport, you might get a checklist and you need his passport number when doing form DS260. To my understanding after you pay the IV fee, you do form Ds260, PRINT the confirmation page (you need this for the cita), assemble the package, send and wait at least 30 days per package (aos and iv) to be processed, then case complete. Wait a few weeks for interview.

Wait for case complete and then interview date. Wait for the passport bio page photocopy to send the IV package. Sending it separately will cause you an extra 30 business days with a checklist.

No. Iv fee will be available once ur form ds261 was reviewed and not the aos. Took us 28 business days from ds261 submission to have iv fee invoiced and available to pay. Goodluck.

Yes thats right i was alil off there you get the iv bill when you fill out yhe ds261 form online
