Hey guys, I just got to know that our I-129F was approved on August 5th, 2014 (yesterday)!! CSC, 67 days since NOA1, no RFE's!! I'm BEYOND happy!!

Thanks for the info! May I ask you where did you read this about the DACA renewals? Do you know when was the last time CSC got these and on average how many months did the delays last? So it means now

Calm down folks. This is why, I believe it was suggested earlier for the TSC folks to move to the TSC section. Many were getting very frustrated leading to not-too-friendly exchanges. I don't believe

I sent mines May 27th and just received my notice by email today 6/5/14 so i guess i'm a June filer as well.

Does anyone know when/how they determine to do transfers to CSC ?

Transfers are extremely rare. The only reason I can think of would be if the lock box accidentally routed a petition to TSC that is from a region that CSC normally handles. You will see a lot of people's timelines that indicate they were transferred but they are incorrect which really screws up the timeline estimates and Igor's list.

I understand why you ask and sympathize but I am afraid you are probably stuck like the rest of us. :(

Tip for all June TCS filers:

Make your own "June TSC filers topic" and DO NOT check back on this topic for the CSS filers. I don't say this to create a divide between people who are in the same boat. But to save a lot of you what can be a very depressing situation. Right now California is handing out NOA2's on average in 2 months or less while Texas is going beyond 5 months for more filers.

This is creating a lot of animosity between VJ members and it becomes a very frustrating situation, which is very sad.

Good luck to all of you and I hope a lot of you are directed to California so you can hopefully get a quick NOA2.

February 15th - sent package to Dallas. Took a long time to get to Dallas because of weather conditions and delays.

March 3rd - NOA1.

March 5th - Received alien registration number.

August 21st- NOA2.
September 8th - NVC received package and assigned case #
September 11th - Embassy received package.
September 16th - Received Packet 3.
September 17th - Sent packet 3 back.
September 23rd - Received packet 4.
October 14th - Medical.
October 21st - Interview. - Interview approved, visa granted!

November 1st - Moving to the U.S.
