Lots of ifs.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I see your first interview was way back in April and this is your second attempt wit a co-sponsor.

As i asked before what kind of income are you or your co-sponsor is using? I think that is very key to your success.

Did they flat out deny or they giving you another chance at a co-sponsor. For whatever reason yours and your dads is shaky. I have seen where peoples current year is like you said more tn enough but previous year was way under. I know for many embassies (like Lagos) they want to see a history go gainful employment.

Too many people get 2 ,3 4 jobs just to appease immigration for the Affidevit of support but have no history prior.

So areeyou using SSI, Child support, returement(your dad). That coiuld very well be why and they feel your husband will become a pblic charge.

You are allowed to use a household sponsor. If you have a working individual you can claim that person

in your household on your taxes.. He is my stepson that is a legitimate sorta dependent. You can fill your parents if they live with you and you have supported them for 6 months of the year.

I meet the requirements period. Many of us are just going thru trials with this journey. There is no ryme or reason

If it passes thru the other 2 approval it meets.. Per DOS the it is the consulars decison and no appeal

of there determination.

Are you saying this is what you did (claiming stepson and parents)? Like your previous statement about earning enough for 7 people, this confuses anyone trying to assist you. It would help clarify the situation if you answered the questions like the source of your income (if, for example, a big part of your household income was form your stepson, or from unemployment, etc. -- not saying this is the case, just trying to point out that it's hard to help answer your question without all the information) and how many people you claimed on your taxes as dependents. It would perhaps make things much more clear.

OP has been on site recently and has cjosen to to clarify so my assumption is that what is really the case we will never know.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
