your one of the lucky filer. ours will be 6 months this 23. we call 3 time to the uscis for a service request but did not allow us cos they said we are still in regular procesing time. so i guess. we will just wait wait wait... until it will come. getting worried...

..just hang in there..i'm pretty sure you're almost there..

..as i read through VJ members everyone usually hears something on the 6th month..

..maybe we were lucky or it could be that we are just on the usual timeline..

..as i said our 6th month was the 17th of this month but NOA2 came on the 14th..

..so, what i'm saying is you should be hearing something pretty soon..

..i exactly know how it feels.. just hang in there my friend.. :)

..i'm sorry to hear that..we got ours few days before we hit the 6th mo.,we are july 17 filer.. I assume you guys already called for follow-up right?..

..i don't know if what i did helped.. i asked for an online update on the USCIS website and after a more than a week we got our NOA2..

...i also have read previously that there are people here who asked for service request by calling..and got their NOA2 after a week..i just don't know how they did it..

..waiting patiently is the best thing to do but i know it isn't easy.. hopefully you'll get the approval soon..

..try to find ways on how to enjoy each other more..that's what we did, it helps with the frustration of waiting.

lucky you! congrats! ours was filed July 17th on CSC. we filed a service request last Jan 3rd got a reply after 2 weeks asking us to wait 120 days more. **sigh :( i hope it wont take them that long. We have no RFEs so I don't know why its taking them too long to do their jobs. I feel sorry for those who filed earlier before us. Guess we all have no choice but to wait. :(

Hi there. We filed our service request last Jan 18th and we were given a confirmation number. They told us to wait for 2weeks. I hope they will work on our petitions and give us approvals very soon.

I know the frustrations everyone is feeling. Waiting and being away from our loved ones is never easy but I know God is listening. Let's pray for one another. Good luck to all of us waiting! :)

June filer. Mine was 213 days, I had two service requests, did not get approval within a week of either one. My senator got involved and didn't get approval within a week of him contacting VSC either. It's just a waiting game. Contacting the senator did help my nerves, he assured me my petition was being looked at.

I didn't have RFE either. It will happen for sure. I know it sux not knowing what's going on with it...

Ours was filed at VSC in April and took 203 days with a simple RFE. You'll get your NOA2 soon for sure and then things will fly. Good luck!
