My NOA1 is August 21st too! Yeah we have to wait further to December now. CSC kinda slowed down on approvals lately.

Unless they suddenly go faster lol. Also i am not taking the VJ timelines for granted. It is only related to the VJ population and not the real population. I had talked to someone with an August 1st NOA 1 that got an RFE at the end of September.... so maybe we can get a nice surprise

I am with you.... USCIS website says our application was received on Aug. 22. NOA1 date on the letter was Aug. 28. When I first started checking our Visa Journey timeline, our estimated time of approval was the week of Nov. 24, then moved to end of the year. Now it sits at Dec. 24-26. What a nice Xmas present that would be! I think with the upcoming holidays it means fewer working days and with workers going on vacation, it means fewer number of working people processing our papers. If we get our NOA2 this year, I would consider ourselves very blessed. CSC processing time much quicker than VSC. Good luck and Godbless all of us!

Hello everyone.=,

I filed in August 2012 as well and the best response I received was that the VCS is working on applications from April 2012. If that is the case they are running behind and it has become very frustrating to say the least. But God is able and all will happen according to his will. Pray and have Faith. He is still ablt to all things. Blessing to all.

I was checking how last years CSC August filers went. Mid January they were all still waiting took until beg. of March for approvals and things to get anywhere. Now to re-program my brain until February and then hope for NOA2 without RFEs and other issues. Good luck to all.

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Life goes on, my ex-husband is a moron.
