John Galt, the Muslim population is 1.6 to 1.8 BILLION, give or take 100-300 MILLION MUSLIMS (give or take entire population of US). That is Sofiyya's point.

Why would Brits being killed by Americans on a battlefield consider it "friendly fire"? More like "old habits are hard to break". At least we use our own rifles and bullets.
