Question 1- In the G- 325 form, it asks for the last 5 years residence and 5 years employment. Do i just fill in the last 5 years or do i need to go beyond those years? Going by the VJ guides it says fill in all my employment and all my residence

Question 2 - Its asks for my parents residence. Do i put there last residence or do i say deceased? ( And dont say cemetry lol )

On the G325 it's the last 5 years only.

Yes, you can put deceased.

Also on the G-325 it asks " Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above. (Include all information requested above " I put "None" in the first box. Do i leave the rest of that line blank or do i need to put "None" in the rest of the line?

Thanks

Once is enough. Assuming your fiance is employed, her current job would go there on her form. She can just write, "See current employer above." if she desires. In this context, "abroad" means outside the USA.

Sorry pushbrk. I should have explained myself a bit better. Im the foreign fiance filling in the G-325. Also it asks " Applicants last address outside the United States of more than one year" I take it that just plainly means what it says. My last address for more than a year was over 3 years ago. So i just fill in what it says do i. Sorry if i sound a dumb ###, just want to fill this in correctly the way the USCIS want it.

Unless you are currently living in the USA, your last address abroad is your current address. If you are living in the US now, your last address abroad is the last address at which you resided outside the US. Your last employer abroad was your last employer outside the US.

Actually, since this thread has already been started, I got a question too...

At the bottom of the G-325A (which I'm assuming both petitioner AND beneficiary have to fill out), there's a big black box that says:

APPLICANT: Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below.

If the Petitioner is a USC, and the Beneficiary does not have an Alien Registration Number, does this still need to be filled out?

You would fill in all the information possible (Your name, etc) in that box but under the Alien Registration Number just put the word "NONE"

Click Here for VJ's page with example forms of the different files needed.

The G325A is there, it's filled in showing what to write.....huge help! :)

Refer to this... http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/display...bum=4&pos=0

Alien Registration number is the A Number or the benefiaciary number on your NOA2 (look in the picture)... that will be your alien number even in the AOS application....

You're welcome. Also be certain you're filling out the G325a, not the G325. And all four slightly different pages, not four copies of the same page.

Ye i have made sure its the G-325a form. Also, as i dont know my ex wifes birthday. Do i just leave it blank? Do i need to put a stick note on there just explaining i know the year and month but not the day. Dosent look right when i put "None" in the box

Where its asks "Date and Place of Termination of Marriage" on the G-325a form. Do i just put the date, city, county and country or do they want the name of the court?

Thanks
