(PD 12/28/17) Took two weeks to send to NVC on 8/13/18. Another week for NVC to receive the case on 8/20/18. Another 3 weeks to be assigned case number on 9/11/18. Our AOS docs were accepted in ceac a week after sunmitting everything but civil docs still were not accepted. Took almost 4 weeks for documentarily qualified on 10/11/18. Interview date email received on 11/13/18. After consulate interview on 12/3/18 we were accepted. However after two weeks of waiting for the visa to be issued we discovered in ceac that the consulate rejected the birth certificate and marriage certificate. They needed the exact same docs to be uploaded in ceac (apparently the copies we were given at registrar had different barcode numbers). We uploaded this on 12/19/18. Sent several emails over the next couple of weeks with no answer (I guess the christmas holidays plus the govt shut down slowed things down) Finally on 1/17/19 they accepted the documents we re-uploaded and the following day 1/18/19 our status in ceac changed from Ready (the status remained the same from when the embassy received the case) to Administrative Processing then a few hours later changed to Issued. We were called by the embassy and given the option to pick up the passport even though we originally selected dhl delivery. (I guess they realized the delay in processing was their error) pasport was picked up on 1/22/19. Since the day before was a holiday	2023-06-18

Every time I call embassy, no answer or tells me not to call, and when emailing them, tells me its in process. its been like 2years and 5 months for this process. This is taking way too long.
