Honestly based off my husbands first fiance interview and other ppls reviews in the past about casablanca, i have to say they have really changed alot. or they changed the workers there. used to be heartless ppl but now they give ppl a fighting chance lol. Our experience there was great. we even made a mistake with the document requirements and had a chance to fix it and come back the same day for the interview. My main advice about getting through the interview is to just know your spouse or fiance well. whatever evidence u have send alot. God bless all with genuine relationships in your endeavor to e together and live together. I PROCEEDED IMMEDIATELY TO FIND OUT HOW TO FILE IT IN U.S.A. BY CALLING VITAL STATISTICS IN MY CITY ... NO-ONE KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT ... I CALLED IMMIGRATION AND SHE TOLD ME STEP-BY-STEP WHAT I WILL NEED TO DO TO BRING JAMAL HERE. SHE IS SENDING ME THE 1-130 FORMS AND THE G-325A FORMS ... BIOGRAPHICAL FORM ... THE FEE FOR THE I-130 IS 355.00 DOLLARS WITH NO FEE WAIVERS AVAILABLE I WILL NOW WAIT FOR THE FORMS TO ARRIVE 8/3/09 - THE I-130 forms and the G-325A's ARRIVED IN THE MAIL ... Now, I just wait to have the money to send it in. I was told by 3 people at USCIS that I could indeed apply for a fee waiver for the I-130, so I did. I sent in ALL the papers and 2 weeks later they came back rejected and said I needed to re-send them with the fee. I have yet to be able to come up with the money to do this, as I have had one emergency after the next since my return from Morocco. I have not seen or touched my husband in over a year and I don't know if I ever will again. I don't know what to do or what we will do, because we also need a co-sponsor. I have been looking and asking people for over a year now if they will help us and no-one, including the Islamic Center in my city wants to help us. I am beside myself. I love and adore my husband enormously and he does me, but right now all this looks to be quite impossible ... If you read this and you feel you can help, please let me know. Thanks.	2010-08-24

The questions were so unfair and never gave him the denial letter. I travel to Morocco and raise hell at the embassy!! and they give me the letter. Now I have not clue what do next? wait 120 days for USCIS to answer me back? or re apply all over again. I been so affected by this that I am seen a Psychiatrist getting counseling for my depression! While I was there we thoroughly researched the petitions and things required. We had no idea, as a sponsor for your spouse you had to make a certain amount of money to "support" them. Coming back to the states was a dark time, facing my life alone without him and having desperately to search for a co-sponsor. It was only with the help of an angel(our sponsor), hard work, determination, patience and a good lawyer that we will be able to spend the rest of our lives together....dreams really do come true!	2009-04-28
