The consulate was very busy which made the whole process take 3 hours in total. The questions during the interview were simple (what is your daughter's first name?, Do you have a copy of her and her husbands paystubs?, Did you go to the doctors?). My mom got approved promptly but since she went for the medical exams on 2/29 (less then 7 days prior to the interview) the CO didn't have her exams results yet. They still capt her passport and informed that she can no longer use her tourist visa and that the "real approval" will depend on the medical results. If everything goes well she will be receiving her passport back in 2 weeks (3/23/2020 approximately) | 2022-03-03 | ||
