If you change your address around the same time USCIS starts producing your card, you have to go pick up your card at the USPS office, otherwise it will be sent to the wrong address (almost happened)
I tried to intercept it but the USPS system didn't let me do it (even though it was priority mail) and I also tried to re route but up to no success hence my recommendation. |
