We needed to send in some more documents with both our names on them (bills etc.). It was made more difficult due to us not having any credit cards, water, garbage, gas or other utilities. Interviewer was very interested in my having health insurance and showing proof of this. 2023-04-03

James and Vanessa Vanessa & James K1 Milwaukee WI 2019-04-29 2019-05-03 2019-05-30 2019-09-25 2019-09-26 Yes No 2019-10-03 It has been a bizarre overall process to have the I-129F take 16 months to have the interview, the EAD and AP are still not approved, and the AOS is now past the interview and is approved in less than 5 months. So things seemed to have somewhat balanced out from a timing standpoint. Just be prepared for the AOS with tons of good evidence as that is the main key. And be honest always during the interview. 2023-03-06
