The case officer was friendly. Asked questions about how we had met and asked my wife to confirm information from the packet. Officer said everything was OK but gave us an RFE to perform medical exam again. My wife had done her medical exam in the DR for the original K1 visa, but did not get the vaccines. When she arrived in PR, we got the vaccines from a civil surgeon and he filled out only the part regarding vaccines.
