We gathered all the documents that were listed in the invite letter plus more, such as wedding pictures and photos of what/where we did after submitting the AOS. While waiting for the interviewer, there are only one couple ahead of us. Then they were called. After awhile, another couple came in. Lo and behold, they were called before us. We just shrugged our shoulders and assume that their interview time was earlier than us but we just came in early. Then a lady came in into the waiting room, greeted everyone "Happy New Year" and called our numbers (one for me and one for my K2). While walking into her office, she was jolly and talking to us. My wife sensed right away that she is kind and not that strict because she was smiling and all. After the oath, we sat down and was informed that all the documents that she needed were already submitted, the vaccination record was still valid, and all she needed from us is to show our IDs and so we did. She asked us the normal questions and wanted to know the affirmation of no criminal activities during our lifetime. Then she asked us the following: - how did we meet - where was the first date? - location of the wedding We even gave her one photo from our wedding and she was thrilled. That was the end of the Q&A. She asked us to sign page 17, a confirmation that we went into the interview. Then the big stamp "APPROVED!" Off we go! After reaching home, I saw that the cases had been updated to "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!" WOOHOOO!!!! | 2023-06-16 | ||
