Very fast and efficient through that stage, once with the interviewing officer, he went through the file and reviewed everything to ensure it was provided. He asked if I had updated a medical which I had (it had been well over a year since the last one), he asked if I had a job (which I do and i gave him my contract), asked where we lived and how we met originally. Asked also general questions about when we got married, where my wife was born etc. Every question asked was more to validate the evidence provided and not to interrogate. We were both very relaxed in the appointment and were not separated at any time. He said we would be the easiest appointment of the day! I received the green card within 1 week of the interview. 2020-03-22

Then moved my case to Seattle, WA in Jan. 2019 since we moved to Seattle. Moved my case back to California in July 219 and got my interview scheduled at San Bernadino office. The online status for interview scheduled changed on Aug. 8, 2019 and my interview date was Sep. 16. Overall a very pleasant experience for the interview. We were done in 30-40 mins. I was asked for my degree/transcripts, joint assets if any, birth certificate, pictures, how did i meet my spouse, our general relationship timeline, example of any good/bad quality of my husband (husband got asked the same question about me), if my husband has any tattoos on his body (husband got asked the same question about me), went through questions for i-485 and submitted a new affidavit, surrendered my EAD/AP combo card. The officer took the pictures from before the marriage which was surprising. I got approved on spot and the online status for card production changed in the evening. Received my card within one week. The card is issued for two years. 2019-09-24
