This morning I got an update in my USCIS account. They have scheduled my oath ceremony for Nov. 14. I am so excited I can’t wait. I’m finally one step closer to becoming a US citizen. God luck to everyone of us. 
 

Update:
 
Had my citizenship interview yesterday at San Francisco field office at 1:55pm. Everything went well. Passed the civics test. Officer only asked me 6 civic questions. I was told by the officer that Ceremony is going to be on Monday 10/30 at 11am and I have to wait outside after my interview for the Ceremony letter. However, USCIS system was down that afternoon they could not print or probably couldn’t place us for Oath schedule on their system so we were just told to wait for the mail from USCIS for the Oath Ceremony schedule. A little bit disappointed but still happy that I am almost done with my immigration journey. My only concern at the moment is I have an upcoming international travel 1st week of December. So I just hope I would get my Oath schedule soon so I can apply for a same day passport ASAP.
 
Current status says: Oath Ceremony will be scheduled.

Our interview on 10/31/2023 went well at the Philly USICIS Office. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking was very easy. Upon arrival we had a TSA-style security check. After checking in we were directed to a waiting room on the 2nd floor. My wife and I were interviewed separately by different field offices. My wife was interviewed first. Her officer was unintimidating - professional and friendly. Very straightforward and without issues. My interview was about 15 minutes later. My officer was also professional and friendly. My interview was more intense, but not negative. I expected this as we immigrated to the US based on my work sponsored visa. I changed jobs after two years in the US. A lot of my questions were focused on my work history. Again, the officer was thorough but I never got the impression that he was trying to get my disqualified. 
 
Our Oath Ceremony was scheduled for 11/14/2023 within 24 hours after our interviews. 
 
Overall a very positive experience. We've already booked our passport appointments for later this month after our Oath Ceremony.

Congratulations for successfully getting over with this quest! I also had an interview at SF office last Wednesday, but I'm still waiting for any status update from "Interview was scheduled". I wish they were more efficient.

We were very surprised to receive a new interview appointment within a week from cancelling our appointment. We were told to expect the new interview date to be 1-2 months out. Our new appointment date was scheduled 4 days later than our original date and works perfectly for us.
 
I'm grateful for the agent who is performing their work diligently.  

Wow congratulations!! Amazing you did get your interview notice before your 5th year! I hope I would get mine soon…

Same here. I filed exactly 4 yrs and 9 months. 07/07. My 5th year is on the 5th of October. Done with my biometrics last 08/01. I am wondering as well if interview has to be done after our 5th year?!

Just had my biometric today and got a notification after biometrics that case is being actively reviewed by USCIS.

Theh have updated my documents tab after few hours. I’m scheduled for biometrics on 08/01. 🙂

Maybe they’ll send the notice in the mail. If you check the case status with your receipt number, does it say anything?

I submitted my N400 last 07/07 exactly 90 days before my 5th year on 10/05. Did not receive any notification about biometric reuse so I am assuming I will be getting a biometric appointment in the coming weeks. The only update in my USCIS account was the receipt notice attached in PDF form. 

Doesn't matter to me if I am labeled as Alien. The most important to me is I am a US permanent resident. 

Good day everyone! Can anybody assess my profile? I already submmited my application for a tourist visa and scheduled for an interview on July 16, 2014.

Here's my scenario, My parents arrived in US last november 2013, mother filed a petition for me last January under f2b. Father left in the US last Feb for his job. ( He could not afford to give up his job). Mother stayed in US to spend more time to with relatives and friends ( currently staying in my aunt's residence). Now my mother wanted to go home for good, she doesnt have intentions of staying there permanently as the rest of the family are in Philippines, since my Father is currently on 1 year contract as a seaman he asked me to accompany my mother on her travel back home and he will shoulder all the expenses. Will be staying in US for 20 days. What are my chances in getting approve since I declared it on my application that somebody filed a petition for me.

True enough. I checked my case today morning and the status went to ISSUED from Administrative Processing. Thank God!!!!
