I waited 192 days with no whining. We are 8 hrs apart when she is in Dubai and 12 hrs apart when in Phil.

How about the check? They cashed the check?

The same was going thru my mind when I filed for the petition for the K-1 for my fiancee. I did not listened to my inner voice and made a copy of my USC certificate. But I wrote on it "COPY to be used only by immigration dept". I have no idea if that was the right thing to do or not I just did it.

I would talk to her in a nice way. I will explain calmly the situation. If she admits her wrong doing, there is a good sign that things can get better. If she denies it? Guess what? I kindly will tell her that we can not get married and she needs to return to the Philippines. I buy her the ticket and put some money in her purse. END OF STORY.

My answer will not help a bit. But my silly opinion is "as long that she does not cheat on me or I cheat on her" divorce is out of the question. Any small argument I will take as business as usual..kiss and make up
