Touched!!! USCIS sent email to me stating they had received the RFE reply and that USCIS has resumed processing our application...Yippee!!! God's time is best...

USPS delivered RFE at 6:30am...with signature required...Now to see how long it will take for USCIS to acknowledge receipt with the good ole' NOA2. God is good!

so the RFE was for basically not indicating that I was not in the ARmed Forces...Part C on the i129f...anyway, corrected the issue and posted it today. USCIS should have it tomorrow by noon...set my timeline back by a whole month...God's time is perfect...

Hey, got an RFE for not indicating that I was not in the Armed Forces...basically Part C on the i129f...I just had to laugh...anyway took care of it this morning and they should get it by noon tomorrow. I have seen someone who sent in the RFE and the got approved within a week...my timeline got extended by a month though...yuk!

Larysa, small bump for the RFE...seems as if on part C I did not complete because it stated "If you are overseas and in the Armed Forces, complete the following"...that didn't apply to me so I didn't complete that part...USCIS stated that I should indicate N/A...they should receive it by noon tomorrow...we'll see after that...trusting god's plan

after writing my status update...checked my status on USCIS and noticed that I now have and RFE!! What could it be ? They have everything imaginable...God's time is perfect...This I believe!

Believing that everyone will have a great weekend...Monday is another work day for the good ole' USCIS...those of you that are expecting...may you receive...the others of us will celebrate and continue to wait...Remeber, God's time is perfect!

Really now...must keep yourself healthy and not let the stress get to you...glad you home from hospital...will write more later but follow doctors orders and stay well...your husband needs you to do that...
