So in this order...things that need to occur before we are able to move forward...Custody papers, visitors visas,then to London...then for the US to do their thing...Can't wait to see God's handiwork! God know the plan HE has for us all...Our desire is for our lives to be so fused that with one voice we bring glory to His name.!!

My dear Lord, you know everything! I celebrate fully with those who have gotten their interview dates in the UK...Dear Lord, bring my family home to me...pave the way through the attorneys and immigration in the UK...I humbly lay my heart before you and give you all the glory and praise. In your name I pray.

God, you know the desires of my heart...your will be done through this process! Today, I wait for you.

Sure wish I knew the name and address of the immigration officer assigned to my case....and with God's permission, think I would sneak an extra shot or 2 or 10 of caffeine into their coffee or soda or heck even their water bottle!!!! Go USCIS...GO!!!!

Wednesday, August 18, 2010! This is the story, the final story, mystery solved! USCIS sent me an RFE in late June. By July 1 we were approved! USCIS neglected to note the corrections made in my case before sending my case to NVC. NVC noticed the missing part C and sent it back to USCIS...now USCIS states that it will take up to 30 days beginning August 19 to correct things and get it all moving forward again...God just has to be in control...

Tuesday morning and USCIS shows another update today 8-17-2010...so normally I would protest if I were being touched by someone I don't know...funny how this process changes some things....I don't quite mind the touching....Kind of lets me know someone is alive at USCIS!! You go USCIS!

Well its toward the afternoon and checked my status with USCIS...have been touched today...no emails...I am grateful that my case is at least being looked at...I think...Hope to hear something soon!...God knows I would love to get married on November 3...there is much to do before that and just to have him and the children here would bring a smile to my face...

My goodness...August is half over...have never watched the calendar more than I have during this whole process....Talk to me girl!

Monday morning...Praying that the immigration officer that is assigned to my case is having a great morning! Drink an extra cup on coffee and get cracking on my case...God direct the path and bring it to completion in you great time!! All praise to you alone...your faithful daughter

Just found myself, in my heart, lying facedown on the floor in humility before my God...

Standing back and looking at the total picture...July 9th my fiance travels to homeland to get children to UK with him....July 9th CSC requests case returned as incomplete...Approved still!!!...as of today, should get some official news by August 19th...August 19th is the day fiance returns to UK...is this God's timing or what?

Ok...because yesterdays email just had too many words like deny and revoke in it, I sent a reply email to the immigration officer working my case...that person responded today with, "We did not mean to mislead you about your status. Your case has been approved and sent to NVC. NVC returned the case to USCIS because the petition was not completely filled out. The petition will be reviewed and you will receive a written notification by mail. If you do not hear from us in 180 days then c...

I just need the peace of God...Just received and email from CSC that said, "You should receive a Notice of Action within 180 days. A notice of action may be an Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Request for Evidence, a Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke". Well, I am confused and just need the peace of God...I miss my grand love.

Good news about the embassy in South Africa....sounds really good...Thank you for all your support...honestly, its like riding a roller coaster in a bad way...one minute have patience in God's great plan and the next I'm struggling with a sense of panic and urgency...Be still my soul...

I must say that overall, the immigration officers at USCIS that I have talked to have been very sympathetic and helpful. The issue is now that NVC sent me an email indicating that they sent my case back to USCIS...USCIS sent me a letter indicating that they sent my case to NVC...so the immigration officer at USCIS stated that CSC just needed to be informed...thus an email from me with the attached letter from NVC...God knows it all...

Well after much frustration...I finally got through to immigration officer at USCIS who put in request for attention to my case...He stated that usually these things are administrative and we never are aware of the inner workings...anyway he was very kind and told me I should get a letter in the mail before firday and if not then I could call on firday and have a response read to me...just want my case to get moving in the forward direction...to the EMBASSY! God's will be done throug...

Thinking of you...It's August...lets pray that NOA2 gets to you soon...

Starting to call USCIS again this week! God knows where my packet is and am asking Him to put it in plain sight of someone who is knowledgeable and can get the process moving in a positive/forward direction...like to the EMBASSY!!!!! All praise goes to God for His mighty working in our lives...

Hey Jeff, Keep believing in God...and that God has everything in his control...I will definitely include you in my prayers...is frustrating dealing with USCIS and NVC...but NVC is just a clearinghouse as I see it...
