Well, packet 3 was sent on November 2. Didn't receive it! US embassy in London stated that we didn't need it that it only gave the case number that we already have and directions to the website...Told us to follow the steps on the website and send in the paperwork...Pray that God will give the children their visitors visas soon. Thank you all

Well, visitor visas applied for the children to go to their Dad...should take about 12 more working days. Going to London for Christmas and New Years...taking my teenagers to see him for first time. Praying that all of us will be together finally, in London...US will happen in God's perfect time.

DOS stated packet 3 mailed on November 2---he actually received a letter from embassy essentially asking him if he wanted to continue with the process...dont understand as he has not received anything else...our case has taken a long time...still trusting Gods plan and timing. Fiance sent return letter to embassy confirming his intent to marry me and move to states...g

Called DOS again today to verify that case was at the embassy...you might guess...was told today that the embassy hadn't noted receipt of our case...When I questioned it again, the agent stated that they had alot of new people that have not been properly trained...WOW...so still waiting on God's great time...

Ok, don't know who and what to believe but contacted DOS who stated that embassy received my case on October 21...that it will take a couple of weeks for embassy to send out packet 3....Watching to see God's plan unfold...All to His glory!!

NVC sent case to embassy on October 21, 2010...God knows His perfect time!!!

Still at NVC...No other way of looking at it except to see that God has everything under control...just found out that my fiance needs to get another document to the children before they can apply for the visitors visa...will it ever end? Have just had to stay away from VJ and take a break...sorry guys...I am truly happy for everyone...just get weary in waiting...God is keeping me in his embrace...

My angel Jennifer called me today...She called NVC herself and was told that NVC would be reviewing my case and that it should be sent to the embassy by next week...Gods time is what I want

NVC received our case yesterday and it is going through "additional processing" which probably means they are checking to make sure CSC got it right this time...Leaving everything at the feet of our capable Lord.

No news with NVC yet...dont really expect it yet...filing for children's visas moved to Monday...NVC says to try back on Friday or Monday...confirmed that they will be forwarding my case directly to the embassy as they have already logged our information into the system...Waiting for God's time...

Now, as instructed by Jennifer in DC, calling NVC daily to see when my case is received at NVC...Prior to all the mess and 74 day hold up at CSC, NVC told me that as soon as they get the file back from CSC they would be forwarding it immediately to embassy in London as they have already assigned it the case number....God's perfect timing is all I ask...plans to file for visas for the children to travel to UK for the whole process on Wednesday...Don't know how long british embassy in N...

Just got a phone call from Jennifer in DC...I love to hear the voices of angels! Anyway, it seems as if she has been able to do in 4 days what CSC has not been able to accomplish in 74 days! Her contact at CSC told her that my case is now complete and being sent to NVC sometime today...My God given angel--Jennifer stated she would stay with me until she was sure that NVC had received my case. Truly, ALL praise goes to God above for his attention, mercy, and unmerited favour...May o...

Document received at CSC at 10:13am...I have proof!!! haha...no denying it!! Sent email to my angel, Jennifer, in DC...gotta love the time difference! CSC received it an hour and 13 minutes after my angel got off work...WAIT TILL TOMORROW! I don't know, what do you think, supervisor hand delivers info for a file you are working on...do you think you might get right to it? I hope so!!!

Waiting for usps to deliver the documents to CSC...probably won't hear any real movement until tomorrow...Jennifer in DC still watching over things...Thank you God!!!

I plan on traveling to the UK for the interview...hoping to have everyone home by the holidays...November 20th sounds like a beautiful day, then again, anyday that is filled with our beloved's are beautiful days!!!

God is good to send His angels...Jennifer in DC...an angel. Well CSC lost my RFE from June 29th...but gratefully, with the help of Jennifer, a new Part C is going in the post for delivery tomorrow!! Jennifer has orchestrated the attention on supervisors at CSC who are hand delivering it to the officer working my case....EXPEDITE PLEASE!!--CSC God is faithful to provide!

Documents received for children...now to move children to UK....Also soliciting the assistance from the USCIS headquarters in Washington, DC...so nice and even asked me if it was ok if they woke me up with a middle of night phone call since I'm in CA...praying God's will and intervention....ALL praise goes to Him

Well, so far nothing from USCIS....but custody was awarded to my fiance for the children...God knows best...disappointed in USCIS right now...I will be still in God for now...God help me to stay snuggled up to you.

Pray without ceasing...my heart is wrapped tightly around tomorrow...called USCIS today and USCIS is giving CSC a reminder nudge that tomorrow is the "30th day" . We will see...Also instructions to call me immediately after custody court...no matter the time difference...Heavenly Father, on November 3rd...for the first time, I was convinced of my worth in you...Thank you

Big week this week...custody hearing this week for children and should have some progress from USCIS by September 16th....God's will and timing...it is perfect. My dear Lord, you alone are worthy of all my praise. Bring peace to my soul...Thank you for all your attention to my heart. Prepare the hearts and minds of the court and USCIS...to your glory.
