Honey should be on the plane to Lagos to make sure the immunizations and medical exams are complete for the children...Let's hope that the interview will be scheduled during the time he is with the children...God's hand will direct it all....

Case being sent to Lagos on Wednesday...should reach embassy on Friday...have sent email to Lagos and requested that interview be set for sometime before May 7...Really hope that everyone can be home before school starts on August 1...God's hand will direct it all

You know, I'm just a country girl...my daddy taught me many good things as I was growing up. My mom taught me how to be resourceful...Sooo, today I discovered that I could actually track our case. The news is that it will be sent to Lagos either Monday or Wednesday and that it will be received in 2 days after sending. Gotta say, I'm loving those people at the DOS...especially Steve in the DPM.

You know...Mustard seeds are really small...and God knows my name as well as the number of hairs on my head...He even knows the number of hairs I lose from stress or pulling them out over this immigration process. Still waiting for our case to reach the children's country...May take a couple of weeks or more...God knows His plan

Well, it is 10am in California...1pm at DOS...and 6pm at the London Embassy...Let's see what work was accomplished in London today toward getting our Visa...and the phone rings at the DOS. Have been in the automated loop for 28 minutes so far keep hearing to stay on the line and the next visa specialist will be with me shortly...Now Sarah stated that case is still in processing and to wait a couple of days more...A couple of days more will be exactly 30 days since we had our interview......

Called DOS today...stated police certificate received on March 2...immigration officer said to call back everyday...Woohoo!! I got permission to bug the heck out of the DOS...Think I will...

Courier came yesterday and told fiance that it would be returned in 7 days on the dot!! Well, I have been on this planet long enough to know that when you are dealing with government agencies...Well could take longer!!! Just want to see that approved Visa stamp!!! All to God's glory!

Okay...Fiance received the new police certificate and a cover letter I created that would include both of our signatures today on the same Fedex truck!! Police certificate from Nigeria and cover letter from America...Once again God brought us together!!! So contacted the embassy courier and they will pick up cover letter, police certificate, and passport tomorrow before 12noon...Courier service said it could take 10-15 working days...How is that for waiting...God Bless us...

text message indicates that documents are in transit via Fedex beginning today....God protect the documents and give them speed to my fiance...

Fingerprints are done and with relatives to be taken to police for the police certificate...difficult to wait for others to work on your behalf when somehow it feels as if your future rests in their hands. God lead the way and keep us in your great timing and plan....to your glory alone.

Well, the update is this...my fiance was grilled...no easy interview here. We were given a 221g and instructed that he needed to get his fingerprints done in London and then sent to Nigeria for a police certificate...It was said that the Nigerian police certificate he had could have been gotten on the streets.

Flying tomorrow...Landing on Wednesday...Interview on Thursday!!! God be with us and prepare the way for my fiance and children. All to God's great plan and glory!

7 days from now I will be in the arms of my great love...8 days till the interview...Thank you God for all you grace and attention to our hearts...

Still not counting down but it is now 10 days...God help us with the process for the children. Your will be done...God you know how we want the children to be with us and finally be HOME...All to your glory!!!

So haven't allowed myself to really look at the calendar and count the days until our interview...let's see? 16 days...Trying to stay busy...my life is filled to the brim without all this process. God guide and keep us all perfectly in the center of your will...All to your great glory!!

Will be in London with my fiance for the interview. Please pray that the issue of the children's visas will be a quick fix...everything in order for the children except for their medical exams as they are in Nigeria...anyone with similar experience please ring in...was told by USCIS that it will be up to the embassy in London to decide the next steps for the children...God bring them home...they are just babies and need to be finally with their father

Called DOS and was told we were assigned an interview date for February 10 at 8:30 am. Anyone have any helpful hints for that day? Is there parking available? What time should we be there? Come on my UK friends...send me those helpful hints.

Back in USA...waiting for the assignment of the interview date. Plan to return to London when he has his interview as we will have to discuss the children's visas with the embassy...God's glory is to be seen through all of this...

Hello all! Sitting on sofa next to my beloved in London,,,having a blessed time with him, God has been good to allow us to be together again. Medical is Jan 4...now to wait for the interview. God Bless all of you.

Busy getting things ready for our trip to London...fiance getting immunizations done with GP...will be scheduling his medical exam hopefully tomorrow...moving forward. Praying God will set everything in order for the children to come to the US with my fiance. All to God's glory

Visitors Visas for the children denied...they cannot come to UK for the holidays...I just cant tell you how sad I am...I know there is a purpose. Heartbroken for my fiance...he has worked so hard to have the children finally with him. God show us your plan...Let us know you are still there guiding and directing to your glory
