Funny how you never share this same level of outrage, when illegal aliens kill Americans. Under that situation, it's basically a 'oh well, ###### happens - get over it' response from you.

"Bite me, please," he replied with greatest respect. The OP stated & asked "i signed my deportation , so i want to know is there any possibilty." How is the answer "if you signed this, have a safe trip back to your country" beating around the bush or NOT straightforward? How are you so sure that the "have a safe trip" was meant to be rude or sarcastic, and not tinged with sympathy or sorrow? The OP admitted that he signed his deportation order, which is a formal contract between himself and the U.S. government, so that's that. He must leave the U.S. -- by law and by his own consent -- and people hope that he does so safely. In accordance with the foregoing, it is respectfully suggested that you think about all angles of an issue before not keeping your comments to yourself.

Your statement is true in regards to the left and the view of the issues.
But the reality of the embolden staement is actually opposite. Please go back and read the constitution and see were the left is hacking it up bending the meaning of the words etc. to meet their agenda.
The right tends to be to the point of the meaning of the language and allow no variance or enact strict values which were not intended, to meet their agenda.
Not to say it hasn't happened before but the left are hacks and the right are overly strict and often pass knee jerk laws which does not help the people
    Balance is needed.
As for the existing Mosque was it not there prior to 9/11? so why would peopel scream for the removal of ti or the bad taste of it being there.
The left ignores the fact the new mosque is being built to be compleetd on a day of enfamy that was caused by islamist extremists.
The right is ignoring the rights of the US citizens to build a new mosque using the day of infamy to sensationalize their point.
Has the money being used been tracked to see if it comes form any of the extremist groups?

Not really. We're getting comfortable now comparing ourselves - in terms of freedom and liberty - to Saudi Arabia. If the goal of the 9/11 attacks was to destroy the American way of life, to have us throw overboard that which made this country great, then they're still succeeding to this date.

This coming from the guy who claims Chicago is the best city in the world, because he says so - his opinion basically. Studies that actually contrast and compare cities are apparently irrelevant and wrong, when compared to his opinion.
Paul, have you heard of Chicago's mile? Apparently the best in the world. Rome, Paris, Sydney, London, Seattle, Vancouver, Dubai don't have anything on this mile.

Wow, no one said that the removal of jes soli would mean that a foreign spouse would not be able to have a US child.
Perhaps it would interest you to know that even China gives citizenship to a child as long as one person was a Chinese citizen.
Me, i'm actively against the thought of my wife becoming a US citizen.
As for all these people who act like, since they spent the last 10+ years here, they have no where else to go- they obviously are trying to appeal to the thoughts of weak-minded individuals who have never been to a foreign country longer than a month. They have citizenship of their own country, which will take them back. Founding a new life was 'so easy' for them in the US- the only people that believe it isn't just as easy for A CITIZEN of another country to do so in THEIR OWN country, are idiots.

The issue everyone on here should have with this as well as any amnesty granting citizenship is that everyone else, as in your spouses, had to apply for a visa or two. After goign through the process, then wait it out and apply after x year. Same deal with someone else entering on a non-spousal based visa, I believe it's a five year wait for them.
Whereas, once again, these guys get to jump the process, pay some BS fine and then acquire citizenship. Therefore, they paid nothing to get in, did no time like the rest of us, but qualify for citizenship.
Citizenship is something people should aspire to acquire and work towards, it should certainly not be mocked by being handed out like some discount coupons - for all to take. Thankfully my own country will never disrespect the country by handing out citizenship like that; which is probbaly why it means so much.

Steven, I don't believe you love the Constitution. Nothing you promote for this country embodies a love for it, any of its principles, or its preservation. You don't keep trying to change something you love into something unsustainable to push an ideology, but that's what you do. Your kind of "love" amounts to lip service only. Not an insult, just an observation.

Perhaps your beloved Constitutional Champions and Scholars have forgotten to consider that the beloved Constitution is a thing based on facts. Having said that, can your Scholars and Champions prove anything more than conjecture that this law will be abused? Perhaps you would like to show some facts? The law hasn't gone into effect yet, but already you and your Scholars are so hostile toward it. One can only wonder why- with no more than pure speculation derived from the law which you yourself implied you don't understand- you are such staunt defenders of ignorance.

An aversion to taxes and frustration as to the lack of control is only half the point. Bridges I don't need and military waste and all sorts of government pork upset me, some of it more than cellphones but this is a thread about cellphones.
But the cellphones and other similar benefits are near the top of the list. The reason for this is the blatant injustice of such programs. A bridge I don't see a need for or a war I don't agree with can still be explained as for the greater good and benefiting every person equally. After all, it's my war as much as the next American. If the government thinks it's good for us, it's good for each of us equally. Whether or not it's actually good is another discussion. Similarly, if the government thinks we need the bridge, then it's here for everyone. Although I may never go there, it's still partially my bridge that I can use should the need arise.
Now imagine, if you paid taxes to help build a bridge and then the government determined that you don't really need that bridge and you can find your own way across (get a boat or helicopter). Or if the government determined that although you pay for it, the military doesn't really need to protect you and you should hire your own security forces if you want protection. That's what we're talking about with the cellphones.
The government determines that everyone needs a cellphone but yet if I, as a taxpayer, want a cellphone, I'm not only paying out of pocket for it, I'm paying taxes on my service. Now, I'm not suggesting that I think the government should give everyone a cellphone. That would only exacerbate the general frustration at taxes and lack of control. But if you're going to start giving out cellphones how do you fairly determine who deserves one? I may not be unemployed but I can't afford many things I would like for my family to have. Including taxes, I pay over $70 a month for cellphones for my wife and I. I could certainly find another way to spend that money.
Taxes and a lack of control are frustrating. But more frustrating is the fact that even as those taxes go up beyond my control, the supposed compensation in services just isn't there. I pay and pay and pay taxes, but if I ever want something, I go and pay for it myself.
On the subject of how job offers are extended, I typically receive a call and a written offer letter by email. I'm not working top level executive positions, but I'm also not working at McDonald's. Although I can see how a formal offer would come by snail mail for some positions, I imagine that typically phone calls would also be made.
That being said, if I'm spending 8+ hours a day looking for a job (and if I don't have a job, I am), I'm making call backs. I'm sure there's a phone you can use at the unemployment office. If I applied for a job at McDonald's, I'd call back every day until they gave me a definite answer or I got another job. And I'd tell them to leave a message if I wasn't there and would come in regularly and check if there were messages for me.

i still disagree with a phone being a right. the thought that they need it for job callbacks is imo seriously grasping at straws, as any job i've applied for (and been successful at) was confirmed via writing in snail mail.
so far in vj this year, i've seen cell phones become a right, and high speed internet become a right. it baffles me how anyone survived 20 years ago.

Following that logic, executives' jobs have not become more valuable than they were 40 years ago, yet their pay has continuously gone up while other wages have remained stagnant. I guess you'd have to look at a specific job in a company and adjusting for inflation, see how that job pays less now than it did 40 years ago.

But is that really a problem? One that needs to be fixed? No other country in the world has a "I just really want to be here" visa, that includes a path to citizenship nonetheless. I think proper enforcement of ones borders and immigration laws (again, LIKE any other country in the world) would eliminate the need to say, "Well, since you really want to be here, and we cant stop you from doing it illegally, lets just call you legal instead."

Hmm Be careful before APAC or all the lobbyist start crying Anti Semitism whenever someone disagree with Israeli policies.
    Simple example
You are going after a group leader, based on informant info and you have identified the person in concern is in a particular car,
whatever happen next nobody knows, there could be very window of opportunities to Blow up that car but for some reason you couldn't take it
The targeted car goes inside a Market full of civilian, day to day folks, someone Dad, Brother, sister, Mother, Grandma going about their own business, YOU launch the missille inside the Market to blow up the card killing 86 Civilian, the Irony is the targeted car was armored so the person got injured but managed to get away.
Kowing fully well launching a missile inside the Market would kill ton of civilians but after all they are not human, one Jewish life is worth Much more than a Palestinian, You call the incident Regretfull, it's part of the COLLATERAL DAMAGED on the war against Terrorism.
So Can anybody tell me if the family of those folks killed who had nothing to do with the politics both side are playing with innocent people lives should just sit back, and turn the other cheek. Even if those parents were peacefull, you just kill my brother, i can be a peacefull person but you just create One more Enemy call it terrorist or whatever, all this killing will not bring any peace, only resentment and more killing, and one side has the most weapon to inflict the most damaged.
Is there a difference between this incident or the guy who just had this family killed go to a restaurant and blow himself up, After all it's all COLLATERAL DAMAGE!!
