Wow. This is a horribly rude thing to say to someone. Do you know why OP's petition was denied? You must, if you know they didn't "do it right"...
OP, without knowing why you were denied, it's hard to determine what the next step should be. What was the reason for denial?

We got a 2nd denial. THe reason is a criticue on everything was send as a reply on NOID (to a point of saying "you have 2 US citizen children with the beneficiary. Although these children are not covered under the AWA, the presence of these children increases the aforementioned risk to the beneficiary...", "the effidavits submitted by you and the beneficiary have the minimal weight" and so on).
Additionally, the denial dated on 13th of Dec was sent to our previous-previous address (Why?). So, we were very lucky that the person who got it went above and beyond to find us, and we got the letter a day before Christmas. SO far we spoke to our lawyer on the phone he gave us enough information to file an appeal Application Form ourselves, and his brief will follow shortly (you could do it withing 21 days since the Application is sent, but the Application has to be filed withing 30 days). That is what I mean, what was the reason to sent an appeal on the very old address? No, they do have a new address: 2 reasons, first I went to Infopass and changed it in person and have Confirmation, 2nd on the Court which has to do with my 1st Denial they already had the new address... And I mean a very old address! SO, is it just to waist a presious time for us to act during busy holliday season? Besides, that is the worst time for money... But we have to be greatfull for the fact that we got it - thank God still in time!
I know a lot of people had their files forvarded to Vermont. I wish the best luck to all of you - my case was not forvarded there, and as the Memorandum ststes, that the new rulls of adjudicating the AWA cases and heaving them to forvard to Vermont does not apply to the cases which are processed in the local offices (why in the world my case was transfered from CA SC to the local office is another little mistery). But the decision on my case was made by the local Director. So, hopefully you guys will not get any of the noncence we got in my Denial, because, from what I understand, Vermont has a special committee on the AWA cases.
Long story short. We will appeal for sure, and may be doing something else as well... Haven't talked to the lawyer other than on a phone yet... Again - holiday season. I'm so greatful that he (lawyer) is not on Hawai on vocation! THat would be a bummer!
So, lets be greatful for what we have and pray for the best!

Here is my take on it,
Having just porn on his computer is not a big deal and normal by all standards. (Well, hopefully its normal legal porn)
But running an " He had an interracial sex group on yahoo and I even found stuff about incest" , Plus paying to see girls on Cam is a bit too much. The cam girls are sort of a breech of trust , it might be slightly excusable but if he is so into sex that he has a web forum group about it, then thats a red flag.
And it seems every time you leave he is buying porn stuff, so it seems like he has a sex addiction. Have you talked to him about how it makes you feel? Is he forcing you to have sex a lot (like several times a day?) If so, it might be time to get him to a Councillor

well for me and my husband we have watched porn together even on our wedding nite.. lol.. but the incest porn.. umm noo i would have a huge deal with that. I think you should just maybe try to talk to him about it again and see what he has to say. I wouldnt get mad at him if he is still watching it. Paying for it is another thing. If your gone for a couple of weeks, he has needs he might have to take care of, at least hes NOT cheating on you.

No its completely nuts, why would he not want them to know? And then, if they are going to react negative then why be apart of that church or around the family who will be negative about it?
Both his family and his church should respect his decision and if not, he needs to re-evaluate what he is apart of

Why does a man talk about his relationship with God on the internet?
And he and his wife's relationship with God?
Why does a man talk about his wife's virginity on the internet?
Better yet, why does he talk about her virginity in the same thread wherein it is clear he de-flowered her prior to the marriage?
I wonder if that act was in the site of God. And what God thinks about that.
And this same man has the gall to criticize his sister's relationship with God.
The only thing sadder than the hypocrisy of the mans' rants is the situation of a virgin bride caught in matrimony with such a man.

Everything from recent stuff , your divorce, your living with 2 women to you taking care of your brother's diapers.
Even if we just take it back to your sister's PLMs in 1989 -that's still almost 13 years- and you were talking of stuff from before that too.
In fact , Darren. Re read your posts.
You talk more about how your family has been pee'd off at you for one reason or another from times before Gretchen came along into your life, and your ex and the divorce---- than you do about Gretchen & your life NOW!

My wife gets a phone number about 75% of the time when she meets another filipina. I think it's great she can meet friends that she feels a connection with and can chat in tagalog to. So far all of her friends have been great and I'm thankful for their friendliness towards my wife. It's because of them that my wife has done so well at adjusting to life here.

Stop calling. They are call center operators not USCIS agents and they have no information other than what is in a 14 answer menu. You are wasting your time. USCIS does not do business by phone.
Continuing to cll will just incrase your frustration. This is not UPS or Fedex, they do not care, they do not have to, you have no other option. Them's the facts

If only it was so easy!
That is why my husband, who is not even in a registry (get an idea of what kind of "rapist" he is?) can't get his petition approved for me, his 30 year old wife. And me, his wife, because USCIS prefers to do nothing for 3.5 years of our petition is pending, have to live ... almost like in the underground. I'm not legal (can't work, can't get DL), but not an illigal too... My choices are wait, go back home and quit on out family (gosh, we have 2 kids now together - the result of out 5 years old marriage!!!!!) or get crazy because all I really can do is to be stuck at home and clean, cook, etc. No DL - little driving, no work - no money to babysitting and getting out to enjoy myself (moms need a break!!!).
Is this AWA fare for me, a 30 year old girl? (Kids were born after our marriage and are the US citizens). When I came I had almost completed Masters degree, I was young, succesfuul and fell in love with my husband, I still don't regreat. But that is hard for a person of my personality for 5 years to do nothing, but never-ending chores at home. And that is only because of AWA. No, the law is not fare, but even worth - the way cases are processed (or ignored) is even more unfair! (I agree with an idea, but the way it is handled - is a broken policy!)
But even better - if all of it 'to protect" me, than, USCIS, please, do it faster! If he (my husband) was a monster, he could do a bad thing to me many times by now. THe timelines defeat the purpose of the law!
Really, isn't 3.5 years is enough to read through a file?

If the flight is diverted due to weather or another reason, you could end up in trouble. Take your honeymoon in the U.S. itself, or wait until you have your green card. Also, make very sure that you avoid crossing into the British Virgin Islands at any time. I wouldn't risk this as far as you could throw me, personally.

    Very sensible advice.
It is so much easier to change yourself, than to change, say... ~94 million people. The sooner you accept it, the better.
I definitely agree with you about panic and feeling out of place! It's like sharks sensing blood. OTOH, if you embrace the culture and show a desire to learn more about it, the more people are accepting of you.
Banking IS a pain! I really don't miss that part. Waiting literally hours to make a transaction. But you know...some Dept of Licensing/DMVs here in the U.S. are just as bad!

As a person living in the philippines ive learned you just have to accept whatever it is. Even if its backwards by our standards or makes no sense (which is often) , you just dont have a choice but to endure it.
But while you are in manila find some nice things to do, Mall of Asia, Robinsons mall are both nice, plenty of things to do and places to eat. Check out intramuros, its cool and the area is nice (has a starbucks)
Also keep attitude in mind, the more you panic and feel out of place the more you will be treated that way. I think its just the initial shock of being here , takes about a week to get over it.
My wife has to hear me complain all the time, i try to keep it at a minimum though
Just be happy you dont have to do any banking here

Things I like about the philippines
    - Pharmacy without a script, (I only go as needed but it is very wonderful!)
    - I actually like the added security guards in front of buildings, and malls.
    - Public transport, cheap
-Travel , easy to travel to places, beaches , etc (the lrt is great)
    - People are nice, and happy
Things I dislike about the philippines
-No public trash cans , hardly at all (no one seems to care about where garbage goes)
    -Heat, Pollution , dangerous traffic/driving
-The SM malls, although big in size, have little selection and everything is mostly junk when it comes to clothes. Example I went to several stores which might only have 2 or 3 pairs of shorts for men and none in size 34 or up type sizes very often. The SM mall of Asia is nice, but all the stores in it are no good , often they are the size of a small closet with a few things hanging up and thats it. Ive been extremely disappointed in the shopping here . The only decent mall so far is Greenbelt and its way over priced. Ive had to get some clothes mailed to me from overseas due to the lack of decent clothes =/ But women have far more clothing choices than the men when it comes to shopping here
-Lack of public restrooms , and having to pay to use them when you do find one
    - Meats, are extremely low quality, you aren't going to go to the store and find a spiral cut honey ham. The hotdogs are terrible as is the sausage, the Italian type foods they like to eat are not even close, mostly sugar sauce. Also steak is an extreme luxury.
    - The McDonalds doesn't have biscuits, the breakfast food is just on burger buns it seems bleh
-SM department store, while inside they have people at each rack trying to sell you stuff, and its so relentless that you just want to leave the store and buy nothing. I have decided to stop shopping there.
    - Being handed pamphlets everywhere you go for over priced condos
    - Lack of online shopping/decent banking
