No, Wendy AP is Additional Processing and they can hold your case at NVC for days, weeks, months...whatever they feel like whiley they double check background information or whatever else they feel like they need to look more closely at. Its not a good thing!

Oh really? Wow, the time might be finally really coming now! Thank you for the information, I always thought it was touched when they changed the address. Now, I guess time to start preparing for the next step! My fiance will have to go home to the Philippines very soon.. he is currently in Aruba. I am leaving a week from today to go see him for two weeks.. so once he gets his police clearance from the Aruba Police he will be on his way back home. Wow, its all becoming real now. Im so anxoius to see that e mail that everyone else is getting about the approval. I hope not RFE! ahh! Thanks Again! Megan

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

I just saw a commercial for a new medication that should really help me.... They said the symptoms for VAAD include frequent checking of email and igors list; and logging into USCIS website a minimum of 10 times in a single day. Vias Approval Anxiety Disorder is far more common that one would think

The only drawback is the side effects of the medication... Headaches, nausea, insomnia and in some cases mood swings....

wait a minute.. those are also signs of VAAD...

The only sure fire cure is a visa in hand!

How did you get notified of your NVC case number? Am already wanting to track the case through NVC and I just got notification of the NOA2....LOL! ANy helpful hints on how to get the NVC case number would be great!

OMG!!!! Got the e-mail from the CRIS this morning that our petition was approved!!! I am sooooo excited and my heart is pounding out of my chest! One big step down...now to get throught the NVC and the consulate! Thanks to all of you for all ouf your support!

Anybody getting touched? Or are they going str8 to approved?

I received my noa1 ,June 15th. There has been no touch or E mail notice as well. Hopefully will get some action soon. I am seeing Egors list filling in more slowly last several days. Maybe things pick up soon. I am worried some by no touch since submitting the petition but I understand others get no update at all online or e mail and still receive the 2nd noa in the usmail. No option but to wait.
