Good luck and speedy journey. Just try to think of something else while you are waiting. Most of us are addicted to checking USCIS website or VJ. It doesn't make the process any faster so just try to relax and again good luck.

Congratulations guys. You must be feeling pretty lucky ) And you shoud. Embrase that moment and keep the good luck for the rest of the process.

Hello all November filers!!! WOOOOOWWWW!!!! So many folks getting their NOA2's!!!!
Im back from the states and had an absolute blast! Was in Hawaii with a couple of friends and had so much fun in the sun then left for the freezing cold in NY...Really had a good time...It was hard to leave, as usual but knowing that I will be moving there soon made it so much easier leaving!
Congrats to all those people who got their NOA2's and for all those that are still waiting - hope you get urs soon!!!

Welcome back to our November family. Glad to hear you had fun. Its getting pretty quiet here. Most of the regular posters have been approved and its just a couple of people keep the thread out of page 2. )

Got the NOA2 today.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! We are really happy for you. Good luck with the rest of the documents.
Would you please fill in your timeline. It helps the rest of the people still waiting. Thank you

Welcome to our small or maybe not so small family. Me and you have the same timeline. Keeping fingers crossed for both of us

You should be able to do DCF but again check with the embassy. My info is that the spouse should have lived in Bulgaria for 6 months in order to do the DCF. I believe this is your only option here but she has to go back and stay until her documents are ready. My friends have done the whole process for 20 days. The only problem on your side might be the financial situation. If you don't have stable income or at least any kind of job that meets the poverty line for 3 people then you might get a denial.
I would say talk to the embassy and see what they say.
PS You were a bit harsh on the situation in Bulgaria...

Congratulations!!!! Good luck with the rest of the journey

Just_friend-
Thanks for your congrats. Keep your eyes on the updates. Mine still showed ERROR(s) the night before, but I had this belief that everyday is a brand new day and can be the day that the approval comes. And it did. The next day morning, I woke up thinking: "here we come (error message) again..." and it appeared that it was APPROVED!!! No touches, nothing at all prior to the notice. Be encouraged!!!
Thank you so much for the nice words. We are being very impatient now. I think i am checking USCIS web site every half an hour I am able to check my on-line status. never had problems with that. You know i noticed that pretty much all of the approvals had the error message. Don't know what that means but its curious. In all honesty i am hoping we were approved and that we'll see NOA2 in the mail any time now. I have birthday today and all i wished for was my NOA2. oh well good things never come easy.
Enjoy yourselves and good luck to everyone still waiting

in monopoly my friend its called "bank error in you favor, collect $200" lolz but hey on a serious note ive stuck on 252 for 3 days now im beginning to get worried.oh and to reach a live person whe calling uscis follow prompts to change address and it takes you to general help operator...
I'm right there with you No. 251
Don't worry about the #. I started from 424 or something. The weird thing is when you drop down because of new members joining in. I have seen people with #250 and more being approved so the position doesn't really matter that much. As long as we are approved I wouldn't care even if I am at #1000

Just a quick question: Where do you see if your case has been touched or not? Does it says so when you check your case online?
If you are registered in the USCIS web site, then you log in and there is a date that would change if you have a touch. I think it says last updated right next to your case number.
Good luck to another person from Bulgaria. Wish you speedy journey.

Happy women's day to everyone! Yes here in Bulgaria is a holiday too. The best day other than St. Valentine's day for the flower shop. I wish to all the women in this forum to stay beautifull, confident and abitious. Be proud to be a women.
Congratulations to everyone!!!!!

Actually I'm going to go with that I think the number I thought it was is wrong. The more I look at it, some of the digits look like letters, some I can't figure out at all, so once we have the NOA1 it should help lol.
if you are as impatient as i was, if you can read some of it, you could probably guess the rest! ((yea, i spent wayyyy too long trying to do that, but i couldnt read any of the last 4 numbers haha))
Lol. I am very much impatient. I was up until about 1:30 trying a bunch of different combinations. Are all the digits after WAC numbers or are some of them letters? Bah, guess I will have to wait till the paper gets here. I assume the NOA1 is shortly before/after the cheque is cashed...so maybe we might get the letter next weekish?
Hm I think you tried incorrect combination. My case starts with EAC and then only numbers. Maybe the mistake is that you kept typing WAC???
-
NO. You did not live here for more than one year, continously.
K-1 applicants are required to get police certificates from any country that they've lived in for at least six months.
A US police certificate is not required no matter how long the beneficiary has stayed in the Country ...see this link for more information.
Thank you all for the quick response!!!

Not sure if this is the right place to report this but in Igor's list have a mistake. The couple entered their timeline 3 times.
