Stop the process and move on. It always hurts when breakup from a relationship but it is much better to find out now than later.

how did you know he is with all those women? do you have a proof? and what is the age difference ? religion? all that?

Report it to USCIS, call/email his consulate advising them not to
issue visa, send a certified letter with-drawing your petition and
kick him to the curb, thank your lucky stars the creep did not make
it here to use you, then dump you and go marry one of them

Count your blessings! He's still there. Withdraw the petition and move on. These men are playing the field and will play harder upon arrival. Typical behavior of a scammer and a womanizer.

If you are I AP , you can e-mail tge consulate and stop his visa.
Write to uscis and stop the patition.
Or call to the consulate and explain that .
They arent going to issue his visa if you say that he isnt real .

Also send them the proof he had others they will tag him as a known fraud and he will not get another fiance/spousal visa

I'm the USC and 20 years older than my Canadian husband. It has crossed my mind that it may look like I'm being played for a greencard. On the other hand, he's my fourth husband, so perhaps I should be more worried about being perceived as a polygamist.
In the end, each story is unique. If the relationship is genuine, and you have all the proper documents, you shouldn't worry. It may be that in some cultures a younger man would not want to marry someone older. But as far as I know, Consulate officials judge cases based on U.S. immigration procedures and not local customs.

On a serious note, scrutiny of age differences may be commonplace in all consulates as are other signals, regardless of local custom, but that its overcome with sufficient evidence of a bona fide relationship. I think certain conulates look at some of the classic "red flags" because of the higher incidence and frequency of fraud.
