Like others have confirmed, this is NBC address and is normal as all cases first get sent to NBC.
You cannot really know if your case has moved to local office until you get your interview letter. However you can chat with live agent on USCIS website and ask. They often are lazy and answer it is at NBC even if it has moved to local office. Ask a few of them until you find someone who actually digs down and checks. It may still very well be at NBC.
Another way to check is from your API / JSON notes. Log in to your USCIS account. Then in separate tab of same browser put in https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/xxxxxxxxxxxx (fill in your receipt number instead of Xs). If the update at timestamp is the same as your date of application or a few days after, your case is still at NBC. If it is more recent then that, and not associated with any otehr activity such as biometrics, it would indicate it probably moved to local office.

True. Reading this post again, OP doesn't need to mention it unless already works there. After naturalization, USCIS can poud sand.

you do not have to notify USCIS of anything , at all, after the oath and you have the certificate in hand
if you accept job offer research the tax requirements for both countries to know what is involved
We do have tax agreement with Canada but of course the 1st year , you could be filing for both countries
and as a USC , u will always file US tax returns
the salary you earn, whether company is a US (with office in Canada), and many other factors come into play with taxes
For your benefit in the future upon retirement , its always good idea to pay into the US SS system when working outside the US (its under other taxes owed on 1040 form)

If the start date is after the oath ceremony, my opinion is you’re good. It’s been a couple of years since we went through the process, but I think while you might have to update current employer information, if you accept the new job for a date after the oath ceremony, I don’t think you have a change in employment to report if you haven’t resigned and are still working at the same employer at the time of the oath ceremony.

Or, see if you can work remotely from the U.S.?
If this is an inappropriate option, others will correct it.

Overseas job weakens your ties to the US significantly in my opinion.
I'd accept it after naturalizing.
