    Montreal maintaining 12 months EB backlogs. Worst case you’ll get IL by Nov/Dec-2025. Sometimes they bundle up 2/3 months ILs together. That being said, in best case you’ll get IL by 2025-July/Aug. however, i’m not sure whether there is any yearly cap for EB5. For instance, EB2 has a per country cap of 2800/year

    It’s a mystery. Nobody can answer that. We’ve to rely on luck if we don’t have the most recent one after our short visit

    Tough to anticipate. Lots of secret lurkers here who didn’t/couldn’t update the sheet. I’d say almost equal proportion of people DQing every month. Only good part is, time to time montreal clears 2-3 months backlogs

    I’m on the same boat. Seems like till now they booked till the end of January for EB. In that sense, it’s conceivable that they’ll issue IL within early January, utilizing mid-end of February slots. however, they can always go to hibernation like old times

    Ideally yes. It should show the case is in “MTL” now. But sometimes they don’t update, rather send ILs directly.
