It happened to Jaycel’s status too… I think it’s from back when they used to waive most interviews. There have been reports of people having that status marked complete and then a few months later they get an interview notice. Best to expect and prepare to have an interview so that you’re mentally prepared

Yeah I would give them 3-4 weeks before making an inquiry. So happy to hear it’s finally route to NVC!

Ok so for details in case needed by @Captain Ewok - When I try to connect via my Mobile Data using the Google Chrome app I get This site can't provide a secure connection www.visajourney.com sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR When I try with my Laptop Chrome browser I get This site can’t be reached www.visajourney.com took too long to respond ERR_TIMEOUT I am scrambling to try to connect and am running out of options. None of the VPN locations on my phone work anymore and the VPNs I have available at my office work for a little while and then fail and I cannot reuse the failed ones for about 24 hours once they fail P.S. - I know of at least one other VJ member that is having the same issue aside from @Crazy Cat and this is the only site we are having issues reaching

Yes that’s why my network-engineer (adjacent) brain 🤣 Thought about bad BGP advertising? My mind went to routing too. I’m about to be closed out being able to access VJ soon 😢 I hope they can fix it

These are the correct options for you and the joint sponsor (providing they are the only joint sponsor) I believe this is correct but I am not 100%.

Human error... it happens. I've seen several reports here where they failed to give the patient the DS-3025 altogether

@Crazy Cat Every time I change VPNs here at work, I get to the site only for about 10-15 minutes now. It seems to be accelerating. I'm wondering if the service hosting the site (I'm assuming this is run using a hosting service) is having issues with BGP routing

This is your best option at this point. And RFE for the vaccinations is easily remedied.

Yes me too and I am running out of ways to connect so if I go dark on the site, that is why. I cannot even connect with cellular data anymore That connection I had with no VPN above lasted about 10 minutes and then the site was timing out again for me

I second this... If it qualifies, just use income and don't bother with assets. That's what we did for Jaycel's interview in Manila.

Now I can get on with no VPN 🤷‍♂️

Their biometrics were taken at the embassy interview stage and do not need to be repeated unless and until they file for another immigration benefit (I.e.: naturalization) and USCIS schedules them for a new biometrics appointment. The biometrics they did in support of their immigrant visa application satisfies the Alien Registration Requirements now being enforced.

Interviews are not easy to come by… I would do anything and everything in your power to make the one that got scheduled. You could be looking at months of delay in rescheduling a new one. Good luck

While waiting on action for Jaycel’s I-485, we have been uploading joint bank account statements, joint credit card statements, joint utility bills, pictures of us at social events with friends, pics and boarding passes of a trip we took together, our joint Costco membership details, now that she has her driver license we included the updated car insurance policy with her as an “operator” on the policy and the proof of insurance card with her name on it

I cannot reach it from my Spectrum direct connection or any of Spectrum’s internal VPNs now… I have cycled through all 9 of them and it eventually failed on all of them. I can only get to the site from my mobile phone now

Yeah it seems to be all over the place...
