  1. @Qwerty1 I recently completed my medical examination using my Canadian passport, even though I had used my renounced (Previous Nationality) passport when filing my case with NVC. I confirmed with my attorney that such situations are common. They advised that I should carry both my old, renounced passport and my new Canadian passport. You may also need to provide proof of your other citizenship. In my specific situation, my old citizenship was renounced. I hope this information is helpful.
  2. @Canadian24 Thank you!
  3. Hello friends, Have some questions. Hope someone can help me. We acquired Canadian citizenship after filing our DS-260 and the DQ date. Registered for Consular interview using the old passport details as it was filled in the DS-260(Attorney confirmed that we can mention that we have a different citizenship currently, at the time of interview). Now trying to register for Medical appointment and it asks Passport details. Should we fill in our Canadian passport details or does it have to be matching DS-260? Thank you
