FWIW my ceac status has now changed from “At NVC” to “Issued”. Does this mean the IL is on the way?

It looks like family based applications just got their interview letters today. Some people started posting about it in a Facebook chat about 20 minutes ago.

Does this mean if you have immunity to Covid from a previous infection you do not need a vaccine or booster? Also, do children need Covid vaccines? We have 4 kids under 5yo that really don’t need that vaccine
