    Does anyone know what is required to get a new Canadian passport once the green card has been activated? My wife wants to change the name on her passport to her married name and eventually change the name on the green card as well.

    EB3 Skilled..they just asked where I will be working and where I will be living. I came equipped with copies of every single supporting document and didn’t need any of it in the end. Suppose it was good to have just in case tho. Make sure to bring photocopies of all your civil docs.

    We had our interview yesterday in Montreal. IL came on September 30. We were approved at the end We did our Medicals with Dr. Zatzman and he was great. Interviewing officer was very nice. Our appt time was 7:30am which was the first for the day so we were in and out in about an hour and a half. Most of that time was just signing in and waiting around. Actual interview was about 10 minutes Any questions just ask! Still waiting for our case status to change to Issued.

    FWIW my ceac status has now changed from “At NVC” to “Issued”. Does this mean the IL is on the way?
