yes the address is whichever lockbox you are sending it to and yes your fiances letter of intent will have the same address on it

you could just use to original letter of intent, just update the date on it. will also need any police certificates, birth certificate, divorce certificates (if applicable), 2 US passport style photos, and any additional evidence of the relationship (may or may not be asked for, but good to have. like photos and stuff) and don't forget the evidence for the I-134. tax return transcripts, W2s, employment authorization letter, etc. your embassy should send you some kind of letter telling you exactly what you need to bring to the interview once they receive your case from the NVC, as every embassy is different. but those things are pretty standard.

since you will have to use page 12 for this, you can include a short explanation regarding the addresses, that you were in college and were moving back and forth between semesters

my suggestion would be (using example months for the college stuff): parents home: 2020 - 2024 (or if you were living there your entire life before college, put your birth year as start date, otherwise leave as 2020. I put my birth year and it wasn't an issue) dorm 1: march 2020 - may 2020 apt 1: march 2021 - may 2021 apt 2: august 2021 - march 2023 dorm 4: august 2023 - february 2024 current address: march 2024 to present and just make sure the dates line up for when you left your last dorm, to when you moved back in with your parents, to when you moved to your current address, i.e: dorm 4: 8/1/2023 - 1/1/2024 parents home: 2020 - 3/1/2024 current address: 3/2/2024 - PRESENT that is personally what I would do, others may have a better idea.

if the date is correct overall, you're probably fine. if USCIS sees it as a big issue, they will probably just send you an RFE to correct it

1.unfortunately it is not included anymore. however ,the fee is reduced some if you file the I-765 in the same package as the I-485. so the I-765 is only $260 instead of the $550. 2. the physician who did the exam should have given you a copy. if they didn't you should be able to contact them to get a copy of it.

have you considered going the spousal visa route? timeline isn't much different than K1 right now.

Since she has a SSN she doesn't have to be marked as a nonresident alien. You can considered her as a resident alien for last year only for tax purposes. But you have to include all foreign made income. So if she worked last year you have to include it. We ended up paying someone to do our taxes cause it was too confusing lol

Once you have the NVC case number, which is the number you will use from now on, it can be tracked here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV This will tell you when the NVC sends your case to the embassy, it will show as "in transit". And when it arrives at the embassy it will eventually update to "ready" For k-1 visas you change the drop down to immigrant visa. You can typically contact the NVC through the public inquiry form between 30-60 days after USCIS has said that they have sent your case to the Department of State. You can see that status through your USCIS account if you set one up, or using their case status tracker.

NOA2 is the petition approval from USCIS. At that point USCIS sends it to the NVC and then it gets sent to your embassy. Them processing it can still take some time. You probably still have a few months

If you filed the i-765 at the same time as the i-485 (ie in the same package) the i-765 fee is only $260, not $520

you might be able to call and ask if they can see if you've been issued a number, but that would be it. they can't tell you the SSN over the phone.

you do not have to change your name with the SSO first. you marriage certificate is a proof of name change on your AOS forms in the "Your Current Legal Name" you can put your married name and put your maiden name in the "Other Names Used Since Birth" part. this goes for any of the forms (I-485, I-765, I-131) do you know what your SSN is? cause if you already applied for one you will need it before you can submit the forms. if you haven't gotten the card back and it has been at least 2 weeks, you might be able to go into the SSO and see if they can tell if to you verbally, that is what we did.
