  1. W2 is not issued until January of each year for the prior year.
  2. Entry is at the discretion of cbp. Answer all questions truthfully
  3. Also avoid any international travel
  4. Are you the US citizen or beneficiary? If beneficiary it's the US citizen that starts the petition. It's not clear from your post.
  5. All the instructions are there on uscis.gov
  6. Hopefully the beneficiary knows about the past criminal history.
  7. Also expect more scrutiny from embassy and if approved, administrative processing
  8. You should always keep records of what was sent. Embassy will already have a copy
  9. Please complete your timelines
  10. Don't buy tickets until visa is in hand but don't expect it to be approved.
  11. Please update your timelines. How would you get there?
  12. It wasn't even requested for my now spouse at her cfo. I don't have any background issues, but I suppose you can run check on yourself and have it ready just incase.
  13. Please complete your timelines. I would wait for marriage until you add to bank account, health insurance etc. Would be very difficult without social security number anyway. Focus on getting as much time quality in person meetings. Note that you have to file I485 once your marriage certificate is done within the 90 days of entry. Do not adjust status if she is coming on a visit visa it's fraud if that's the intent before entry into the US.
  14. Entry is always at the discretion of cbp for non citizens with visa
  15. What could a lawyer do? Not sure if if the esta denied could be overcome
  16. What ties does she have to return after her time is up to convince the embassy? Fingerprints scheduling has nothing to do with the denial.
  17. You need 3 years of good earnings evidenced by tax returns. Sounds like you still need a joint sponsor. Also are there any kids to be included?
  18. Sounds like they haven't really spent enough time here. No more than 6 months outside of USA and more than half of your time must be inside the US for naturalization purposes. What ties do they have to USA? A green card is for LIVING in the U.S.
