LeroyJenkins got a reaction from Dashinka in Damning report on Bidens Mental Competency
On average, he's trailing Trump by about the same amount as Trump was trailing him at this time in 2020.
I'd definitely take Haley over Biden. She will never beat Trump in the primary though.

He's getting beaten at the polls pretty bad now. Hopefully, this continues. Biden has been bad beyond my wildest dreams.

LeroyJenkins reacted to Crazy Cat in Damning report on Bidens Mental Competency
I don't think Biden is well-meaning at all. He hates half the population, and he has no regrets about purposely opening the border, purposely causing run-away inflation, and purposely waging a war on oil....all which hurt Americans.

LeroyJenkins got a reaction from Vegamanx7 in CR1 is DQ, current wait time for interview in Manila?
F1 - 319
F2B - 378
F3 - 132
F4 - 266
All individually higher than spousal visas. Guess the Manila embassy and the US government are showing us how important reuniting immediate family members is to them.

I agree. It absolutely depends on your federal district: Some districts will have substantial docket delays and some not so much. Some districts are very densely populated, some are not, etc.
By rubber-band analogy, I’m referring to statutory interpretations of “within a reasonable time” and “unreasonably delayed.”
The six-factor TRAC principles are (or should be) used to test unreasonable delay; however, courts have found these factors to be “hardly ironclad and sometimes suffer from vagueness,” and, likewise, “…function not as a hard and fast set of required elements, but rather as useful guidance insomuch as their roles may differ depending on the circumstances.” (Am. Hosp. ###’n, 812 F.3d, 189-190.)
This has become known as a rubber-band test, because of the stretching of interpretation of “reasonable time.” Some courts deem more than 1-year unreasonably delayed, some 2, some more than that, depending on those various factors and circumstances of the TRAC elements, which are highly subjective and flexible or “stretchable.” Point being, there is almost no consistency in its application. Which, whether right or wrong, courts have deemed, as we see in the litigation citation, nearly impossible.

LeroyJenkins reacted to pushbrk in How To File i-130 Expedite in My Situation
If it's really serious, you can get a politician involved. I recommend the Senior US Senator from your home State. They may not help expedite your case, but they can help arrange a non-immigrant visa so your spouse can accompany or follow you to be your caregiver temporarily.

This was my experience filing an expedite request recently for a somewhat similar reason (medical diagnosis that requires hospital treatment and a tough recovery that would be much better suited in the US than my wife's home country). It did not require any mailing docs (yet), I submitted the request online via their live chat.
I have not yet heard back on the request decision, but here's what I have done so far:
- uploaded supporting docs and a cover letter for the explanation of expedite request to my uscis online portal
- Opened an Ask Emma chatbot and used Live Chat option to connect with a real agent
- Asked them to submit an expedite request for me
They gave me a reference number and some instructions on what's next (response usually 7 days, but can be longer) and that's where I'm at. Hope this helps
