I saw someone in this forum said that the beneficiary required have the original i864 form for the interview.

If they are asking i864, submit it. Why are you worrying?

CR1 visa.. The sponsor/ petitioner in the US and the beneficiary in another country. Is the beneficiary required to have the original Form I-864 signed by the sponsor on hand on the day of the interview? A scanned photo copy not enough ?

Which means I can work from the day I landed to the US with my greencard right? Dont we need a SSN before start working?

My household size is 3, and income requirement is $32,270 as per i864p. If I have to mention $42,600 as income for the year 2023 in i864, will this amount be sufficient? will there be a risk of getting a RFE requesting a joint sponsor?

My 2023 IRS transcript is as follows, Wages as per W2 = 78,000 Partnership loss = (35,400) Total income = $42,600 1. What amount should I supposed to mention in I846- affidavit of support as most recent year total income? Is it W2 value or loss deducted value? 2. The beneficiary obtained the police report from the country of residence last December 2023 for the i130 matter in advance. We just got the USCIS approval last week. We are wondering whether we still can use that police report. Is there any validity period for a police report? can we use that report for NVC?

you can visit US for few days after you get visa and go back to your country, so you will have no issue with visa maters.

We have mentioned a wrong date of birth for beneficiary’s dad mistakenly. I130 application has already been submitted. will this be a problem ? How to correct it?
