  1. My I-360 petition was approved last November 06 and my lawywer filed for AOS January this year,up till this present time I'm yet to recieve NOA or reciept showing that my petition has been recieved.Has anyone experience this before? what should I do?

If your I-360 was approved why do you need to file for AOS. I thought the I-360 petition was another way to adjust status while in the US I-360 and I-485 both leads to the same GC. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

  2. It looks like you intended to use the income of two individuals to qualify to sponsor the immigrant and then didn't complete the I-864 and I-864a correctly.

Please clarify your intentions and the actions you took to declare them using the two forms, and we can probably help you get them corrected.

Thanks...I had the petitioner/sponsor fill out the form I-864 while the co-sponsor fills out the form I-864A we live together with the co-sponsor.

I am thinking, do i have the sponsor fills out another form I-864 and the co-sponsor fills out another I-864A all over again or what should i do ?

Note:- These two forms I-864 and I-864A had been filled out earlier by both sponsors, maybe i didn't have the sponsor sign on the part 2 of the I-864A where the sponsor's signature was required or there was some mistakes or somethings

If i have the sponsor and the co-sponsor fill out both form I-864 and I-864A do you think i should be fine ?

    Regards.

They want the sponsor to sign for I-864A with the co-sponsor..Is that right ?

Somebody please correct me or tell me what to do

  4. I received RFE for I-485 toady in the mail but wasn't sure of what they want..... It says :-

**"The petitioner/sponsor on form I-864,Affidavit of support has not signed form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member.

In order to process your application further, the petitioner/sponsor needs to sign and return the enclosed page(s) of form I-864A."**

What I'm not sure about is do they want the petitioner to fill out and sign the form I-864A I thought the for I-864A is to be filled out by the member of the household whom we are using as the co-sponsor or the petitioner and the co-sponsor fills out form I-864A??

Note the petitioner already filled out form I-864 while the co-sponsor filled out the I-864A earlier.. I don't know they RFE about this, I was thinking maybe the petitioner didn't sign on part 2 of the I-864A.

    Any suggestion will be appreciated.
