    BESIDE THE ABOVE QUESTION...

usually what type of question do they ask....................little bit nervous we are right now...................

I think you have more than enough.. The AOS interview is not usually intense as the one you had in your home country.

The question they ask are just basic questions like, how long you been married, what is parents name, his phone number and stuffs like that also i believe they will ask for proof of bona fide marriage which you have stated most of them above.

You shouldn't worry i believe are you good, you already scaled through the hardest part of the process which is getting the visa from your home country, it's just going to be a breeze :)

    Good luck

  2. Dear VJ Friends,

I would like to share this good news with all of you. This morning I received the email, I waited for so long. I thing this happened due to implementation of the new policy.

  3. Hi!

I am very confused as I used to track my case online (K1 visa) without any problem!

I received by mail 3 receipt numbers for I-485, I-131 and I-765. All starting with the MSC letters and none of them work when I enter them in the USCIS.gov website.

I also received the biometrics appointment that mentions the same receipt numbers.

Is it the website that has a problem?

    Any clue?

I tried to call them without success!

Thank you for your help!

It takes sometimes before your case is updated into the USCIS website

    Good luck

  4. I submitted my AOS application with my DS-3025 and no RFE i only got RFE for I-864 but i did have the have DS-3025 transferred to the I-693A just in case they RFE me but they didn't.... I will suggest you get your DS-3025 transferred to the I-693A to be on a safe side, you may get RFE and you may not.

Congratulations on your marriage and good luck with your AOS applications
