    OMG I can't believe it, I was starting to give up hope and then bang at 5:00 p.m. this.....

    Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

    Current Status: Card production ordered.

    On April 29, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

    Shawna I hope they expedite your AP and do let us know. How far along is your daughter this time? My thoughts are with you and her.

    I am getting really frustrated now seeing all these approvals even the people that filed after me are already approved. I guess the USCIS don't work with the basis of first come first serve; I am tired of being at home all day doing nothing i need a job please God let USCIS approve my EAD so i can get a job.. :crying:

    Hi all,

    I just received two emails about my EAD application: "approval notice sent" and "card production ordered." :dance:

    AP will be a while for me as I didn't apply for it until last week. But I'm not so worried now that I have some indication that there is actual movement despite the lack of touches.

    This has been a great week for us Feb filers! :thumbs: Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

    THANKS! Question my notice just states the below... Will I also receive a notice stating the EAD card was ordered???? Or can I just assume that from this notice? Let me know, thanks!

    On April 15, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    You will receive NOA stating your EAD was approved......What is happening to my case i am getting impatient seeing my co feb filers getting approved ,CRIS email me please :(

    Today we had some pretty bad news. Zakaria's father had passed away this afternoon like I said before he had hepatitus c for the past 4 years and couldn't take it anymore. They said when he was going he was happy so to muslims that means he saw the white light:). He will be missed. Inchallah

    I am so so sorry about your lost yes it's a good thing when he saw the light before he passed away.

    May his soul rest in perfect peace.

    I got a quick question.... Please see the message below. What is Approval notice? Is it the AP that I am getting in the mail?! I am waiting that letter to come in the mail, it is not here yet. Is it normal? Please help

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.

    On April 3, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    Yea that means the USCIS has approved your AP and they are sending the approval letter in the mail also you should received the actual AP in the mail couple of days from now.
